Poly Vita is an isometric puzzle game. In this game you have to match and place tiles to form paths while avoiding dangerous obstacles. In each level, you will need to make your way to each soul fragment before leading Maya home. Maya wandered through her dreams for a long time in search of the lost fragments of her soul. You need to collect every soul fragment in all 30 levels for her journey to finally come to an end.
