New military uniform for prison staff!

Adjustments:

* The Guardian has been replaced with a major skin

* Chief replaced by skin captain

* The police guard has been replaced by a soldier

* Armed Guard replaced with Armed Soldier (M16 is a purely visual effect, the effect is still on the shotgun)

* The cook has been replaced by an army cook

* Riot police have been replaced by armored military police

* Paramedics have been replaced by army combat medics

The mod is made for playing Prison Architect with a military prison - have fun!
