Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends — there are only 3 races in the game: Vinci, who use steam technology; Alina, practicing magic; Kuotli, using alien technology and worshiping them. All races are very different from each other, allowing the player to use different playstyles. Each race has a so-called national power — a special ability that can be used once every 7 minutes. Each of the three regions of Ayo also has neutral factions with unique military units. The player can make them his allies or opponents. Each neutral faction belongs to one of the three races on whose territory it is located.
