Rise of Venice is a real-time management strategy game with an isometric camera view. You have to build a Venetian trading empire during the extremely interesting Renaissance era. You are a young man, striving for success, power, wealth. With the help of your family, you begin to build a trading empire spanning Genoa, Tripoli, Rome, Alexandria, Constantinople and many other famous cities of the Renaissance. As you rise socially in Venetian society, you increase your influence through lucrative deals, provide favors to the right people, and gradually build your own fleet. At the same time, you will build new industrial buildings and test yourself in desperate sea battles with pirates and political enemies on your way to the title of Doge of Venice.
