Risen was the first full game I completed. Thanks to her, I got acquainted with such an amazing genre as RPG. Stuck in it for hours while my parents weren't home. Due to its extremely interesting plot, convenient gameplay and fairly nice graphics, Risen is one of the few games that you want to play again and again.

The game is very cool and atmospheric. For me personally, this is the best part. Yes, the quests are of the same type. Bring, serve, kill, find, etc. but when you complete a quest, you can recruit others, find new places, weapons. The map is not empty and you can find something everywhere. The plot is certainly interesting, but they could have thought about it and brought it to mind. The combat is the best in the gaming industry. A competent combination of blocks and parries (unless a warband can compare with this) The locations are interesting, you can always find something in them. In the monastery you can find many scrolls, in the bandit camps you can find herbs and weapons. In general, there are more pros than cons. If you wanted to play something like this, it’s better to play this part.

Very good game, left a lot of good memories. A lot of interesting content, monsters, skills, class selection (I advise you to play as a mage for the first time, since ice magic bends everyone). Two storylines that are well played out. Very beautiful (for its age) graphics. There are a lot of beautiful and secret places. There is a huge lore about the Titans and their patrons. The game will not leave bad memories, especially for both old and newbies.
