This mod adds "Decal Posters" to the game, of course, this is a small thing that the Piranhas hid, but you might like it. There is one bug in this mod, it is their appearance in the game, these "posters" do not immediately appear in the game, for this you need to stay away from Harbor Town for a few miles and then go there again, I really don't know why this happens, maybe because they were cut out.
