Risk of rain 2 is one of the best roguelikes at the moment. But it's not the kind of bagel we like. It is not the LEVEL itself that is generated here, but only the CONTENT. The game becomes more difficult based on time and the items you carry. The game is dynamic, but there are problems with optimization and (slightly) balance. Bottom line: A very good game that everyone should play
One of the most exciting games I've played, it doesn't seem like anything special at first, but it draws you in with its gameplay and atmosphere. Over time, opponents become stronger, and various items can radically change the gameplay, so in addition to this, the gameplay for each character is incredibly different and all these differences are combined with all the items. The only thing that is weak in this game is the plot - it simply doesn’t exist, this game is about records and endless races, and also about how to make the game play itself.
An excellent and interesting roguelike. Which has an interesting set of genres: an action platformer with RPG and joker elements + it’s a roguelike. It has a lot of content and cooperative modes. The graphics and style are nice. The atmosphere is very good. The gameplay is addictive and dynamic. It plays nicely.
