Silent Hill: 0rigins — The main character, trucker Travis Grady, while transporting another load across a deserted highway passing through the small town of Silent Hill, notices a little girl on the road and sharply brakes. Finding her running down the road, Travis, surprised by her behavior, follows her and finds the house on fire. Inside, he discovers the burnt body of a girl and tries to save her, but suddenly a siren wails and the hero loses consciousness.

Waking up on a city street, the first thing he does is find a hospital and decide to find out about the girl’s condition. Inside, he meets Dr. Kaufman, who claims that no girl was brought here, but Travis does not believe him and decides to find her. Soon, seeing a girl in the reflection of a mirror, Travis accidentally finds himself in an alternative world full of monsters and has difficulty finding a way out of it.
