Starship Troopers is one of my favorite childhood films. I was really looking forward to a decent game based on this universe and thought that this was it. It turned out not! Starship Troopers isn't a bad shooter, but it does have its downsides. First, about the pros:
PROS:
is undoubtedly the best game in its gaming universe. Crowds of bugs and quite difficult to get wet are a plus - it looks like a movie!
- the plot tries to adhere to the film. but from time to time it goes beyond the plot of the film, this is also undoubtedly pleasing.
- Low systems
CONS:
- no physics, everyone dies according to pre-programmed animation. Characters are like logs!
- Meager combat arsenal
- Special effects at the lowest quality
- sucks sound!
I advise fans to play, but I warn you - it won’t even last for one evening.
Звездный Десант — один из самых любимых фильмов детства. Очень ждал достойную игру по этой вселенной и думал что это она. Оказалось нет! Starship Troopers — не плохой шутер, но в нем есть свои минусы. Сначала о плюсах:
ПЛЮСЫ:
- несомненно лучшая игра в своей игровой вселенной. Толпы жуков и их достаточно тяжко мочить — это плюс — похоже на фильм!
- сюжетка старается придерживаться по фильму. но переодически вылезает за край сюжета фильма, это тоже несомненно радует.
- Низкие системки
МИНУСЫ:
- никой физики, все дохнут по заранее запраграммированной анимации. Персонажи как бревна!
- Скудный боевой арсенал
- Спецээфекты на низжайшем качестве
- отстойный звук!
Фанатам советую поиграть, но предупреждаю — даже не затянет на один вечер.
