Xenophobic militarists, dictatorship, all civilian models INCLUDING the NEW necroid - army of the dead. All skills are open to the race except: cyborgs, synthetics, psionics.
Leaders are limited in number, everyone has maximum perks. In short, everything is the same as in my last save, but they are now habitats and there are no bonuses from bonuses for aspirations and relics (although there is an opportunity to do so). If necessary, I’ll make a separate save with all the goodies.

Милитаристы-ксенофобы, диктатура, все гражданские модели ВКЛЮЧАЯ НОВЫЙ некроидный — армия мёртвых. Для расы открыты все умения кроме: киборги, синтетики, псионики.
Руководители сток по количеству, у всех максимум перков. Короче всё то же самое что и в прошлом моём сохранении, но они теперь хабитаты и нет плюшек от бонусов за стремления и реликвий (хотя сделать возможность есть). Если будет нужно — сделаю отдельный сейв со всеми ништяками.
