The 13th Doll: A Fan Game of The 7th Guest is a fun interactive adventure with a first-person view and horror elements, which is a fan-made sequel to The 7th Guest. The game's plot begins seven days after the events of 7th Guest. The main character Thad is now imprisoned in a mental hospital. His therapist, Dr. Richmond, decides to send Thad back to the mansion of horror from which he once escaped, in order to show the patient that there is really nothing to be afraid of.
