New Passive Item: "Tech L" - Electric Shots!
- Hitting the same enemy 5 or 6 times will trigger lightning above them, dealing 4 times the damage and burning them within a few seconds.
- Also creates fire where lightning strikes
- Appears in treasure rooms (can also appear in boss and greed)
- Adds a costume to the player.
- If there is a curse of the darkness, your tears will glow!
