The Guild 2: Renaissance is a stand-alone add-on for the medieval city-planning simulator with an isometric camera view The Guild 2. For many centuries, all of Europe was under the rule of the church and feudal lords. The wealth and power of noble lords and servants of God were created by the sweat and blood of ordinary people. Such was the order then, not discussed, sanctified by God and time. But in the 14th century, the established order began to change. Thanks to the flourishing of trade and commerce, the middle class became increasingly wealthy and influential. Entire cities were able to gain their freedom from the oppression of feudal lords. Reading and writing ceased to be the property of only noble gentlemen and monks. A series of games in which you have to think, and that’s why it’s on the contrary good. A kind of Sims, but much more interesting and with an emphasis on economics. The atmosphere of those years is conveyed very well.
