The archive contains two files: english.pak and Common.kpf.

english.pak is the voice acting - with a replacement, throw it into the Data folder (located in the main folder with the game);
Common.kpf is the text - with a replacement, throw it into the main folder with the game.

Achievements work.

How to launch:

Follow the installer's instructions. The installation is completely automatic.

How to remove:

Go to the Install_Rus directory and run the file unins***.exe. In the same directory in the folder backup there will be original files replaced when installing Russification (if you checked the appropriate option).

Следовать инструкциям инсталлятора. Установка полностью автоматическая.

Как удалить:

Зайти в директорию Install_Rus и запустить файл unins***.exe. В этой же директории в папке backup будут находиться оригинальные файлы, замененные при установке русификации (если вы отмечали соответствующую опцию).
