The mod replaces Geralt's face model with Mads Mikkelsen's.
The author warned that he is inexperienced in the modding craft, so Mads looks rather sickly. At least this applies to the original facial texture - in conjunction with other mods, the face of the Butcher of Blaviken begins to take on recognizable features.
