Velen: All visible quests have been completed, all “?” have been closed, I haven’t gone to the witches, all the components of the ritual to free Black Mary are there, there is a wild horse near the entrance to the “Whispering Hill” cave (the opportunity to free or kill).

Novigrad: All visible quests have been completed, there are 2 tasks left for Triss, before sending her (the ability to choose Triss).

Skellige: Completed all visible quests, closed all "?", did not go to the feast (opportunity to choose the ruler of Skellige - Keris/Hyalmor/Svanrige), the "last wish" of Yen remains (opportunity to choose Yen). The ghost from Eldberg did not pass, in case someone wants to leave Jorund alive / or get into the quarries of Lugos (I completed the cave of dreams by accident - I walked a lot).
