Meanwhile, the city is hosting a summit at which the leaders of the United States, Canada and Mexico intend to sign the North American Security Cooperative Agreement. The agreement significantly expands the countries' capabilities to control illegal migration, combat terrorism, drug trafficking and arms trafficking. But during the signing of the agreement, under the guns of dozens of television cameras, the meeting participants were attacked by Mexican soldiers. The Prime Minister of Canada was assassinated. Power in Mexico City is gradually passing into the hands of armed rebels.
