13 saves, domination, maximum campaign difficulty (main for Shimazu). All hero units (one of each, 13 in total) at the start for Shimazu and money (999999999). In the folder "Identical units" there are saves where all 13 units are the same (for example, all archer heroes, or all heroes with guns (80, 160, 320 and 640 soldiers in a unit to choose from).
installation: put at the approximate address C:/Users/Alex/AppData/Roaming/The Creative Assembly/Shogun2/save_games (if the AppData folder is hidden, make it visible)
