Crafty Carts Remake.

Craft stations on wheels. Client side only, no server installation required. This is a remake of the original mod from RoloPogo (all rights to assets and 90% of the code belong to them). Removed dependency on any library.

Functions:

- Carts for the workbench, forge and stone cutter

- Create and repair carts

- Build next to carts, for example stations
