The Runic Power Cloak, when equipped, improves stamina regeneration, passive HP regeneration, increases your character's speed and ability to carry heavy weight.

Manual installation:

- The mod is required on the server to sync the configuration (this is still in development).

- Download the latest copy of Bepinex according to the author's instructions.

- After starting the game, a configuration file (cfg) is created and you can change recipes and values.
