This expansion adds all-new units and strategies to the exciting gameplay offered by Dawn of War. The Imperial Guard brings new weaponry, including heavy armor, new troop units as well as defensive and ranged tactics overwhelming numbers. - Single-Player Campaign
Winter Assault offers two choices: the Order Campaign and the Disorder Campaign. The Order Campaign puts you in control of the Eldar and the Imperial Guard in their epic struggle to protect the Imperium of Man. In the Disorder Campaign, play as the Orks and Chaos Space Marines in their efforts to crush any resistance to their chaotic way. - Revel in new and improved gameplay features

Not a bad addition. I played this add-on, but unfortunately I couldn’t get to the end because I’m a noob and not very good at tactics. But the addition itself turned out to be quite good and in some places even more interesting than Dawn of War. I liked it less, since I’m not good at playing the Imperial Guard and this addition turned out to be much more hardcore than Dawn of war. But here, as in the first part, there is good gameplay, atmosphere and one new race has been added, and here you can also play as four races.
Неплохое дополнение. Я поиграл в это дополнение, но к сожалению не смог пройти до конца так как я нуб и в тактике не очень. Но само дополнение получилось неплохим и даже местами интереснее чем Dawn of War. Мне оно меньше понравилась, так как я плоховато играю за Имперскую гвардию и это дополнение получилось намного хардкорнее чем Dawn of war. Но тут как и в первой части хороший геймплей, атмосфера и добавлена одна новая раса, так же тут можно поиграть за четыре расы.
