Completed the story before opening the last DLC. Secondary: the last graffiti remains and 3 tasks with car racing are completed, the rest are untouched. DLC: Lenny and Sitara - intro and 1st task, Josh and Wrench - intro. All skills, clothes and cars are open. Plus a couple purchased.
