The game takes place in the industrial city of Seversk, where a nuclear power plant disaster occurred in the 1980s. Most of the population was evacuated, and the city was filled with diggers, bandits and military personnel. It is between them that battles take place. The player plays the role of a digger who goes to explore the city in search of adventure and riches.
