Directors of Infinity War and Endgame Might Direct New Avengers

It seems Marvel has finally decided on the directors for the next Avengers movies. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Russo brothers may once again take on the production.

The directors of Infinity War and Endgame are currently in negotiations. Previously, Deadpool and Wolverine author Shawn Levy was considered for the role, but he declined in favor of other projects.

Initially, the fifth Avengers film was subtitled Kang Dynasty, but after the scandal involving Jonathan Majors, the company decided to change direction. The sixth part will be an adaptation of the Secret Wars arc.

The premiere of Avengers 5 is scheduled for May 1, 2026, and Secret Wars is set to be released on May 7, 2027.
