The Witcher 3 brought back the deleted reputation system
Good news for those who like to replay The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. A mod has been released that restores the reputation system that was cut from the game — with it, the world will more clearly react to the actions of the witcher.
With the installation of the addon, Geralt will actually begin to receive fines in different regions for his choices in certain quests and his actions. Sympathy is measured on a scale of 100, divided into five levels from «Hate» to «Respect.» The world's attitude towards the hero's actions will affect the economy: at a low level, Geralt will not be able to bargain for more orders, and he will have to overpay for purchases. With the utmost respect, on the contrary: prices will become 30% more profitable when buying and selling, and the maximum rate for orders will increase by 100%.
What other activities will affect your reputation:
- Monster Hunting;
- Quests to liberate settlements;
- Horse racing, fist fights, boat racing (also cut content, available here);
- Attack on guards;
- Theft.
You can download the Reputation System mod here, it is translated into all supported languages. For the addon to work correctly, you will need both DLC for the main game — Blood and Wine and Hearts of Stone.
Let us remind you that a large-scale mod was recently released for The Witcher 3, allowing you to play as anyone. Boat racing has also been returned to the game and a new fun quest has been added. In addition, thanks to REDkit, it was possible to restore one of the endings with Yennefer, the existence of which no one suspected.
