For example, if a designer and a programmer are arguing, the planner's job is to intervene. After all, if there are no arguments or discussions, you will get no more than an average final product. Therefore, such fights are always welcome. But obviously, debates are pointless unless they lead to a fruitful conclusion, so the planner has to lead everyone in the right direction. It's all about healthy and productive fights.
The series director noted that while the studio encourages pluralism of opinions, bad ideas are usually immediately cut off.
