The release of the arcade platformer Astro Bot is just around the corner, and the first ratings and reviews of the new PlayStation 5 exclusive have appeared online. The game has earned laudatory reviews from journalists and an impressive 94 points out of 100 on Metacritic.
The foreign gaming press was more than pleased with the project. Many reviewers unanimously called the game worthy of the best Nintendo projects, praising the ingenuity of the levels, design, the main character's abilities and the DualSense technology, as well as «a deep understanding of PlayStation projects at the atomic level.» According to The Gamer, the platformer even surpassed Super Mario Odyssey to some extent.
