A game based on the cult anime Death Note might be released

A page for an unannounced game based on the cult anime Death Note has been spotted on the Taiwanese ratings board. The publisher is Bandai Namco, but they have yet to comment on the emerging information.

The game is titled Death Note: Killer Within. Details about the gameplay and storyline are not yet available. The listed platforms include PS4 and PS5.

For those unfamiliar, the Death Note anime series is based on the manga of the same name. In 2017, Netflix released a live-action adaptation, which received mixed reviews, holding a rating of just 4.5 on IMDb.
