HuanMos Game Studio has released the full version (1.0) of the open-world RPG sandbox The Matchless KungFu, which has been in Early Access since August 2023. The game currently boasts an impressive 86% positive review rating.
The latest update introduces new sects, expanded gameplay for each sect, revamped and enhanced character abilities, a complete quest line, a redesign of the meridian system, and updated mechanics. Additionally, numerous bugs have been fixed.
According to the developers, they have no intention of resting on their laurels and will soon publish a roadmap for future updates covering the period from November 2024 to February 2025.
The Matchless KungFu falls under the Wuxia genre, a type of Chinese fantasy adventure. The game tells the story of a budding kung fu fighter embarking on a long journey. While there is no fixed storyline, the developers claim that players can create their own stories.
The game features a building system, tactical combat, and the ability to form your own clan. One of the standout features is the complete freedom of action. For example, in The Matchless KungFu, players can give orders to their followers, find a romantic partner and raise a child, as well as tame animals.
The Matchless KungFu is available for purchase on Steam with a 20% discount until November 18. A demo version is also available.
