Randy Pitchford, the head and one of the founders of Gearbox Studio, announced that a new trailer for Borderlands 4 will be revealed soon. He shared this news on his social media page on X.

Additionally, he decided to tease fans a bit, claiming that the trailer turned out to be mind-blowing.

Cooking up a new Borderlands 4 trailer and it’s badass af. Latest render is knocking me out. I'm not supposed to talk about it yet, but idgaf. I’M FREAKING OUT, yo. First frames of trailer are last frames of teaser. Yes, I'm a troll and a tease. Deal with it. So... My phone is blowing up. I guess I wasn't supposed to share that we have a trailer coming.

As a reminder, Borderlands 4 was announced in August this year. The game is promised to be released in 2025 and will take place on a new planet, but the franchise's signature humor will remain.

By the way, this year saw the premiere of the Borderlands movie, which, with a budget of $110-120 million, grossed only $33 million. Its IMDb rating stands at 4.6.
