Recently, Rebel Wolves, a studio formed by former developers of The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077, released a full trailer for their RPG-action game The Blood of Dawnwalker and unveiled several details. One of the features they highlighted was "30 Days and 30 Nights," which gives the character time to save their family. They have now provided more insight into this.
Many gamers were concerned about the possibility of an in-game timer that constantly counts down, hindering exploration. However, it turns out that nothing of the sort is planned.
Exploring the world won't fast-forward time. This feature will only affect story quests, during which the days and nights designated for saving the hero's family will pass.
Rebel Wolves also shared more about the main character's backstory, who is, incidentally, half-human and half-vampire.
As a reminder, The Blood of Dawnwalker is being developed on Unreal Engine 5 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. The exact release date hasn't been announced yet, but the developers promise to release extended gameplay this summer.
