Modder Adds Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice-Style Combat System to The Witcher 3
If you are not satisfied with the combat system of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, you can try a fresh mod from the developer Priler. With it, Geralt will learn to parry like the main character of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
In short, the mod reduces the parry time to 0.3 seconds, allows you to parry arrows without a special skill, allows you to block powerful attacks of human opponents in close combat and adds a block sound. However, parrying consumes stamina, and the witcher himself can no longer counterattack while dodging.
You can download Sekiro Gervant — Parry-Counter REDUX — NEXT-GEN at this link. To install, you just need to drop the files into the game folder and check the contents through the mod manager.
The Witcher 3 recently received a funny mod with tiny Geralt. And at the end of December 2024, CD Projekt RED showed the best fan works for their game, including cosplay and art.
