Hi-Fi Rush Physical Editions Announced

Limited Run Games has announced that the rhythm-action hit Hi-Fi Rush is finally getting a physical release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Fans will be able to place their pre-orders between January 16 and March 1.
Limited Run is offering three distinct versions: the Rhythm Edition, the Smidge Edition, and the ultimate Armstrong Edition.
Rhythm Edition ($40):
- Physical copy of the game (Deluxe Edition);
- Three costume packs (Bossplay, Traditional Garb, and Templay).
Smidge Edition ($70):
- Physical copy of the game (Deluxe Edition);
- Three costume packs (Bossplay, Traditional Garb, and Templay);
- 3-disc original soundtrack.
Armstrong Edition ($175):
- Physical copy of the game (Deluxe Edition);
- Three costume packs (Bossplay, Traditional Garb, and Templay);
- 3-disc original soundtrack;
- Hardcover artbook;
- 808 plush toy;
- Replica of Chai’s guitar;
- Chai’s Project Armstrong ID pass;
- Glow-in-the-dark MP3 player pin;
- Individually numbered certificate of authenticity.
Hi-Fi Rush is a vibrant, cel-shaded third-person rhythm-action game developed by the Japanese studio Tango Gameworks, the team behind The Evil Within and Ghostwire: Tokyo. The story follows Chai, a wannabe rockstar who, alongside a ragtag group of allies, leads a rebellion against the sinister Vandelay Technologies. The game originally launched in 2023 for PC and Xbox Series X/S before making its way to PlayStation 5 in 2024. It’s also worth noting that Hi-Fi Rush 2 is currently in development and is expected to feature a more open-world structure.
This follows the November announcement of physical editions for the superhero beat 'em up Marvel Cosmic Invasion.
