All Endings in Zoochosis — How to Get Them

Zoochosis is an indie survival horror game where players control a character trapped in a zoo full of mysteries and dangers. The game stands out for its atmosphere and unique storytelling approach, offering multiple endings depending on the player's actions. In this guide, we will detail how to achieve all possible endings — from the most obvious to the well-hidden ones.

You have probably noticed that throughout the game, your condition worsens with each venture into the enclosures. This is due to the infection that Doc introduced into you after signing the contract. If you ignore the infection process and do not create a cure, the parasites will complete their mutation stage at the most inopportune moment.

Upon transforming into a monster, the first thing you will do is destroy Doc, and then attack Sarah.

If you do not help Sarah with the investigation against Doc after gaining access to the laboratory and continue dealing with the enclosures, the girl will lock you in the bathroom upon your return.

This will be due to your deteriorating appearance. Transformed into a monster, Doc will return to check on your progress. You will kill Doc and chase after Sarah, but her fate will remain unknown, with only the assumption that she died at your hands.

At the beginning of the game, after talking to Doc, he will hand you a non-disclosure contract. After his first request to sign it — ignore Doc. The man will pressure you in various ways, such as with phone recordings you made the day before to the suicide hotline.

If you ignore his second request, Doc will crumple the contract and inject you with an unknown substance.

Waking up in a suspended state, Doc will drop you into a meat grinder.

The following ending options are possible if you did not save Sarah and threw her into the meat grinder. Also, if you gave the meat briquette made from infected human flesh to your wife and did not warn her after gaining access to the phone.

Lily will return to the zoo to talk to you. She will comment on the incredible taste of the meat you recently gave her. However, shortly after the conversation, Doc will appear. He will kill your wife and feed you to the ever-hungry Momma.

The next variation of the ending can be achieved in several ways:

You will return from another explored enclosure to the Hub. You will suddenly feel ill and lose consciousness. Doc will tell you that you were unconscious for about two hours, and surprisingly, no creature touched you. The explanation for this is the parasite that the man introduced into the protagonist's body at the beginning of the game. After the dialogue, Doc will open the enclosure and feed the hero to Momma.

Another variation of this ending: you create the correct poison, Paul saves Sarah and helps her in the investigation but does not inform Lily about the infected meat, causing her to come to the zoo with a meat dinner. Doc will intercept your wife and kill her. However, Sarah's plan will work: Doc, fed to Momma, will allow the parasite to exit from you.

After you return from another enclosure, Sarah will point out your poor condition. Go down to the laboratory, talk to Doc on the phone, and fulfill his request to kill the girl.

Important! To get this ending, you also should not warn Lily about the danger of the meat.

Take the axe lying next to the landline phone and finish off the unsuspecting Sarah.

Watch the cutscene where Doc kills your wife, who arrived at the zoo, and then feeds you to Momma.

You need to give the infected meat briquette to Lily, save Sarah from death, inspect several enclosures to collect four parasites, and then find the hand of a former zoo professor in the C.A.T. fuel tank. Sneak into the laboratory, call your wife to warn her about the danger of the meat. Lily will not come to the zoo and will not inform the police about what is happening.

Create poison for Momma to execute your plan and kill Doc, feed him to the mutant, after which the parasite inside you will exit. Escaping the zoo, Paul will return to his family, and Sarah will publish an article about what happened inside the zoo.

Another variation — instead of Doc, use Sarah as bait. When you are in the laboratory, inject Sarah with the poison. Doc will find Sarah and feed her to Momma.

After protecting Sarah, collecting all the parasites, opening the laboratory, and creating the wrong poison for Momma, do not warn Lily about the danger of the meat. All the main characters, except the daughter, will die. Your wife will be killed by Doc's men at the police station, and you, Doc, and Sarah will be eaten by the mutant.
