Despite not finding information about Prypoy, Skif in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl continues to search for clues. The locals from Zalesye are ready to help, but first, you need to help them. The military and stalkers are looking for a fugitive nicknamed Kosoy. Allegedly, he killed soldiers. Skif talked to Bata and Captain Zotov, now he needs to find Kosoy and decide what to do with him.
Go to the target marker. Be careful, you might encounter dogs. The bandit leader will contact you via radio and offer to talk. Head to the building, but hide your weapon. The bandit will tell you that he saw Kosoy, but you will have to pay for exact information about his whereabouts. If you don't have money (1500), you will have to fight. When you kill all the bandits, you can pick up a tablet from the leader, which will reveal that Kosoy is hiding at the nearest farmstead. You can take many bottles of vodka at the bandit base.
Upon reaching the farmstead, go straight to the large windmill. There will be a few weak mutants and boars at the entrance. Inside the windmill, there is a ladder going up, climb it carefully. There are many tripwires that need to be defused. If you decided to help Kosoy and follow the path of Bata and Richter, make sure to hide your weapon. Kosoy will ask you to find an artifact in a nearby cave.
The entrance to the cave will be in one of the huts. Descend, but be careful — a bloodsucker awaits inside. After defeating it, proceed to the next hall — it's filled with acidic anomalies. Carefully navigate around them to pick up the artifact. Move forward and you will see the exit. On the surface, boars will attack again. Run to Kosoy and give him the artifact, for which you will receive scanners. You can give them to either Richter or Zotov. We brought them to Richter.
