Disney Releases New Teaser for Live-Action Lilo & Stitch

Disney has dropped a new teaser for its upcoming live-action adaptation of Lilo & Stitch. The short clip shows Stitch wreaking havoc on a beach, demolishing sandcastles.
The film serves as a remake of the beloved 2002 animated classic. It's directed by Dean Fleischer Camp, whose previous work includes the critically acclaimed Marcel the Shell with Shoes On, which grossed $6.9 million at the box office. The screenplay is by Chris Kekaniokalani Bright. Maia Kealoha stars as Lilo, and Chris Sanders provides the voice of Stitch. The movie is set to hit theaters on May 23rd, 2025.
This follows the recent release of the second trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
