Director of Toy Story 5 Shares First Plot Details

Next summer, the premiere of the animated film Toy Story 5 is set to take place, and the first plot details have recently surfaced online. Director Andrew Stanton shared these insights while commenting on the script.

In the last two films, Buzz Lightyear played a less significant role compared to Woody, but according to the director, the fifth installment will give more attention to the character.
The premiere of Toy Story 5 is scheduled for June 19, 2026. It's known that Tom Hanks will once again voice Woody, and Tim Allen will voice Buzz.
As a reminder, the previous installment of the franchise was released in 2019 and received a 7.6 rating on IMDb. The film grossed $1.074 billion with a budget of $200 million.
