The monumental success of Baldur's Gate 3 has revived the popularity of the Dungeons & Dragons universe, but now Larian Studios wants to work on a different game. However, Hasbro, the company that owns the rights to the franchise, is already considering the development of the next installment.
According to Hasbro, several studios have already offered their services as developers for the new game.
Hasbro also confirmed that all characters from Baldur's Gate 3 are part of the universe's canon. It's possible that Astarion, Shadowheart, Gale, and other heroes might appear in future products.
Earlier, it was noted that Baldur's Gate 3 became the first game in history to win the main trophy at five prestigious ceremonies.
