Path of Exile 2 developers showcase gameplay for the witch

The developers of Path of Exile 2 have released a fresh video featuring ten minutes of gameplay for the witch. According to game director Jonathan Rogers, this is the perfect class for those who want to control an army of minions.

The witch has at her disposal not only regular skeleton swordsmen but also temporary allies summoned by special spells. For instance, the heroine can use the «Exhumation» spell, which, when hitting an enemy, summons bone scorpions. There are also zombies, skeleton pyromancers, skeleton mages, and even clerics, each with their own abilities. The most intriguing skill allows capturing strong enemies and making them fight on her side.

The developers emphasized that players can issue commands to minions, making them attack specific enemies or use their skills.

Early access to Path of Exile 2 will start at the end of 2024 on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5. Previously, the developers showcased gameplay for the mercenary with an automatic crossbow.
