In souls-like Black Myth: Wukong, players will be able to copy the style of bosses

The VGC portal shared its review of the action game Black Myth: Wukong from the Chinese studio Game Science. Among other game mechanics, journalists noted one that will allow you to briefly copy the boss's style during battle.

According to journalists, Black Myth: Wukong's approach to combat is different from other souls-likes. Instead of parrying in the game, it is better to dodge blows, leaving a «ghost» that diverts the enemy's attention to yourself. At this very moment you can try to strike a decisive blow.

Additionally, defeating bosses gives the player access to their attack style:

After defeating an early boss, the player is then able to briefly transform into that boss to defeat them. These transformations come complete with that boss's move-set, meaning that the dash attack you've been screaming at for hours suddenly becomes your deadliest weapon.

Also, Black Myth: Wukong will have only one difficulty, which the developers considered optimal.

Let us remind you that the release of the action game about the Monkey King will take place on August 20 on PC and PS5. Before this, information appeared that the game would receive a demo version before release. Game system requirements can be found here.

Earlier, a new gameplay of Black Myth: Wukong appeared, in which several bosses were shown.
