New Witcher Book Published in Poland
Today, sales of Andrzej Sapkowski's new novel about Geralt of Rivia started in Poland. The book, titled Raven's Crossing, will tell about the witcher's youth.
The plot of the novel tells about 18-year-old Geralt, who has just entered the Path after training in Kaer Morhen. The young monster hunter will have to learn to live in a new world for himself, getting used to the status of a witcher. Given the lore, readers are unlikely to meet many familiar characters — the main events of the series unfold half a century after Geralt of Rivia's training.
Electronic and audio versions of the book will go on sale on December 1. In addition, the first chapter of the novel has already appeared online — albeit in Polish for now.
Meanwhile, CD Projekt RED announced the start of full-scale development of The Witcher 4. In addition, the fourth season of The Witcher from Netflix and the anime The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep will be released next year.
