New Mortal Kombat Movie to Feature Kano 2.0 — Character Set for Changes

Recently, actor Josh Lawson, who played Kano in the 2019 Mortal Kombat film, revealed that his character will undergo significant changes and evolution in the new installment. According to him, it will be something like Kano 2.0.
To remind, in the first part, Sonya killed Kano and obtained his dragon mark. However, according to Josh Lawson, the character will return in the sequel.
The premiere of Mortal Kombat 2 is set for October 24, 2025. Earlier, the first look at Shao Kahn, portrayed by British actor and bodybuilder Martyn Ford, was revealed online.
