Ubisoft has announced the creation of a new subsidiary valued at $4.3 billion, which will house all of the French publisher's key brands, including Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six.

Chinese tech giant Tencent has unveiled five open-source AI models capable of transforming text and images into detailed 3D objects, opening up new horizons for the gaming industry.

Ubisoft management did not deny the news that Tencent might buy out the studio to stabilize it. However, «all strategic options» are currently being worked out.
