так это не модификация клиента, прога заменяет файлы в кеше, и, к примеру, я уже лет 5 играю в гашиш с модами и не поймал банан, его ты можешь поймать за открытую рекламу модов или стрим с модами, но точно не за юз внешек, тем более представители компании давали ответ, что визуальные моды, если они не затрагивают официальных(платных) скинов не преследуются. Аналогично в лицензионном соглашении ничего про модификацию кеша и озу
Ну, конечно, если ты на столько конченый, что что-то пихаешь в папку с клиентом игры, то да, удачного бана...
