you wrote about this, custom.ini was registered along the My Games/Starfield path, the text file was placed in the root of the game itself, to no avail. As far as I understand, in order to run a specific command from a text file, you must either enter the bat command and the name of this txt file in the console, or specify in Custom.ini which exactly txt should be launched when starting a game like this sStartingConsoleCommand= , but there is no description for this file, and as it is written, it does not start like that 
вы писали об этом , Custom.ini прописал по пути My Games/Starfield , текстовый файл закинул в корень самой игры , толку ноль . насколько я понимаю чтобы определенную команду запустить с текстового файла надо или в консоли прописывать именно команду bat и имя этого тхт файла, или в Custom.ini прописывать какой именно тхт должен запустится при старте игры типа этого sStartingConsoleCommand= , но к этому файлу описания нет , а как написано он так не запускается
