Director George Miller Doesn't Mind If Kojima Makes a Game Based on «Mad Max»

George Miller attended the premiere of «Furiosa,» where he had a brief chat with journalists. During one of the interviews, the filmmaker shared his thoughts on a game based on «Mad Max.»
Miller noted that in 2015, there was already an action game released by Avalanche Studios, but he didn't like it as much as the gamers did. According to the director, he did not work on the game.
We did have a videogame made when we did «Fury Road.» It wasn't as good as I wanted to be. It wasn't in our hands; we gave all our material to a company to do it. I am one of those people that I'd rather not to do something unless you can do it at the highest level.
Miller also stated that he would only trust the game to Hideo Kojima or someone of his caliber. «He's got so mush fantastic stuff in his own head,» said the filmmaker.
It is worth mentioning that George Miller participated in the creation of Death Stranding 2, where he played the role of one of the characters. The character appeared in the winter trailer.
