Bloodshed announced: a new old-school shooter featuring demon armies
Publisher Headup and developer com8com1 Software have announced Bloodshed, a brutal old-school first-person shooter. The creators have already released a debut trailer showcasing gameplay footage.
Bloodshed is described as a blend of rogue-like elements, retro aesthetics, and intense survival action. Players will face waves of undead enemies and upgrade their skills to survive the night.
The game features a variety of weapons, including both firearms and melee options. If desired, enemies can even be taken down with a simple frying pan.
Key features include unique enemies (each requiring specific strategies to defeat) and multiple characters to choose from (each with their own set of abilities).
The game is set to enter early access by the end of this year. A demo version is already available on Steam, allowing players to try Bloodshed for free.
