Next Battlefield Gameplay Leaks Online After Closed Test Begins

The closed testing phase for the next Battlefield title kicked off on PC on March 7th, and it didn't take long for NDA violations to surface. Participants seemingly unafraid of the consequences have already leaked the first substantial gameplay footage online.
The leaked video showcases one of the maps and offers a glimpse at the game's graphics, user interface, weapon selection, and destructibility. Keep in mind that the content displayed in the test build is subject to change before the final release.
This new Battlefield title, which currently lacks an official name, is being tested by a very limited number of players through the Battlefield Labs service. Four studios – DICE, Motive, Criterion, and Ripple Effect – are collaborating on the project. The game is expected to launch before April 2026 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
As a reminder, the developers recently released a new concept art image from the game.
