CD Projekt RED has released a full-fledged editor for The Witcher 3 called REDkit. To mark the occasion, two new videos have been released on YouTube — a classic trailer and a tutorial on how to install mods.
REDkit includes the same tools used in the development of The Witcher, allowing modders to fully unleash their creativity. The editor enables the creation of new quests and cutscenes, editing of locations, and even the addition of new regions.
Shortly before the release, CDPR also rolled out a small patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, adding support for the Steam Workshop.
The official guide for using REDkit can be found here.
