Mechanics of dragging allies
Among the innovations, we can note the need to drag wounded allies. Such mechanics will be used to revive teammates. Battlefield 6 producer David Sirland says that we will have different dragging options that need to be used depending on the circumstances.
The ability to cling to vehicles
Players will reportedly be able to cling to moving jeeps, tanks, and other vehicles to move around the map at high speed. If necessary, they can easily jump to the ground and join the fight. This ability will allow for faster response to the constantly changing battlefield situation.
The return of 3D terrain maps
Both the minimap and the terrain plan that we see on the respawn screen will be in full 3D. There is also the ability to zoom. This will allow you to see different heights of the landscape and features of tall buildings. You will be able to assess the situation on the battlefield and choose the most advantageous point for return. The last time we saw 3D maps was in Battlefield 5. In addition, a separate window shows the camera from the point of view of the player near whom you want to appear.

Unconventional ways of movement in the spirit of sprinting in a half-bent position or somersaulting after landing are now really important for gameplay. And the game will have special indicators that will show what action can be performed here.
Advanced environment destructibility
It is stated that buildings that are destroyed depending on the intensity of combat will directly affect the gameplay. In particular, the debris of houses can be used by players for cover and to gain a tactical advantage over the enemy.

- High-quality sound, thanks to which it is easier to navigate during the battle;
- The ammunition of the equipment is limited, it must be replenished at special stations;
- The concept of "Counts as a kill" has returned. If you deal 75% or more damage to an enemy, but another person finishes them off, you will still be credited with a frag.
- You can take a full set of equipment from dead soldiers, not just weapons;
- 4 classes — assault, engineer, support (with medic functions) and scout-sniper. Each of them has four perks, but only one can be activated at a time;
- Realistic smoke. It reacts to explosions, dissipates and changes from shock waves. We saw something similar in Counter-Strike 2.
